Financial Management is a key function in the overall general management of a business enterprise. The funds of any organisation need to be skilfully managed to ensure the healthy financial status of a company over the long term. The purpose of this module is to acquaint attendees with a basic knowledge of financial management, especially the budgeting process in Section A, and then the various ratio analyses in Section B which are critical to understand when running and assessing the financial health of their businesses.
